If I have a local module (or I guess a new nf-core one) and I put an
environment.yml
is there a command we have to generate and fetch the container links (singularity + docker) or is this still a manual step?
m
Nf-core modules container should work
a
I think that only creates the new
yml
config format? I guess it can work if thatโ€™s properly supported now, but Iโ€™m yet to fully work it out
Does not work for local copies of
nf-core
modules in a pipeline (e.g. if I patch
environment.yml
๐Ÿ˜ž
m
nf-core modules container create
should work. What is happening when you do it?
a
Copy code
nf-core m container create annotsv/annotsv

โ”‚ The nf-core modules containers commands are still in beta. โ”‚
โ”‚ Their behaviour and output may change in future releases. โ”‚
