Hello, I am trying to get <https://github.com/nf-core/rnadnavar/actions/runs/36841170979/job/111378717207?pr=92|my PR> done but I am getting some errors with seqera containers. This only seem to be happening with the test from Nextflow 25 and not with the latest. Any insights? I am aware that I have to do a template update and I was hoping to do that after merging this one but maybe I need to update some modules?

Thanks, I tried to update the module gatk4/createsequencedictionary as this is the one that seem to be the issue but I of course forgot to update the snapshot :melting_face:

something seems very weird with this gatk4 module, it seems like it cannot pull it

Yes, I agree. I don’t know where is this coming from that’s why I was just trying to update

<@U02AYM7HVR7> recently build smaller containers for most gatk4 modules, you could have a look at that.

I am wondering where is this pulling issue is coming from.

Okay, maybe just updating the module will do the trick then, it updates the container. I will try to get those snapshots done today

It might be why I made those smaller images

the CDN that serves the container layer has a max cache of 512mb

yeah, I had that in mind, which is why I asked to update to these new container
