I wrote a new GitHub actions workflow for MultiQC last night that can generate a report and then post a comment with a link to the actions artefact. To my surprise, you can open the artefact URL in a new tab and it actually renders as HTML properly (apparently this is a relatively new feature in GHA). It works beautifully. Is there anything we can do with this concept in the nf-core / Nextflow world? 🤔

Might be for some. 🤷🏻 On a related note, I’ve seen multiple orgs (including ours) move to a central common gh-actions repo. Perhaps this might be an idea for nf-core too? Have a “core” set of actions in the template and let devs pick and choose from available nf-core actions in the repo
