We had a discussion of whether to and, primarily how to, implement dereplication: github.com/nf-core/mag/issues/413. I think I will have time quite soon to start on this, so if we could settle on the implementation would be good. (GitHub is horribly slow today; I can't open the issue but am relying on Claude's memory.)
