Hello there, I am a first year phd student in leukemia research and single-cell analysis at the University Medical Center Heidelberg, most currently I am fighting with statistical inference despite strong batch effects and heterogenous samples, and of course scalability across different programming languages. I was just googling if nextflow/nf-core is something I want to use and landed here when I clicked on "memes". In short, I am trying to switch out my dear RMarkdown files for something more durable to use with large datasets and in several languages. Fortunately, we seem to be getting quite some infrastructure for our projects, and nextflow/nf-core is used by some collaborators. So I am looking forward to learning! If anyone has a pointer for using premade nf-core processes for processing single-cell multi-omics (or just a guide on how to include processes from github), I would be very grateful.

In case you didn't find it already, you may enjoy #C03EZ806PFT 😆
There are a bunch of pipelines starting with the letters
sc
which may be of interest. Every pipeline has a Slack channel, so try searching for them and joining / asking around there.
Also in case you haven't found it already: https://training.nextflow.io is there for all your learning needs 🙂

I was actually watching your nextflow intro videos these days. Thank you very much!
