Hi, I proposed a pipeline quite some time ago (#C0919443QPP). It's in a state where I hope to be ready for a release pr in a somewhat near future. Currently, the pipeline is still at my private github. A couple of things are missing: e.g. it doesnt follow the newest template or the strict sytnax everywhere and other "cosmetic" things and some tests are still missing/outdated. Does it make sense to transfer it to the nf-core org already or should it wait until it's in a release-pr-ready state?

I would say transfer ASAP, that way you can get help from people to do this
