Hi, I am going through the instructions for preparing the first release of a pipeline. When I run the command to bump the version it looks like it's changing the nextflow version too?
Copy code
nf-core pipelines bump-version --nextflow 1.0.0

                                          ,--./,-.
          ___     __   __   __   ___     /,-._.--~\
    |\ | |__  __ /  ` /  \ |__) |__         }  {
    | \| |       \__, \__/ |  \ |___     \`-._,-`-,
                                          `._,._,'

Hmm not sure if that's a typo, i ve never added --nextflow on the bump command...maybe follow this one: https://nf-co.re/docs/developing/pipelines/release-procedure
k
That looks like it's doing the right thing, thanks. I think you're right about a typo
m
The --nextflow parameter is to bump the minimum nextflow version not the pipeline version. So this is definitely a typo.
Fixed now.
