Hey all 👋
We’ve built a Nextflow executor that runs pipelines on our own hardware (Carolina Cloud) using a warm pool of containers that resize to each task instead of booting a fresh instance every time, with live per-task cost and a full pipeline view in the console. Built to be ripping fast and cheap!
We’re launching it this Thursday with an open live session — part show-and-tell, part debug/Q&A. We’ll run a real genomics pipeline start to finish (cost ticking in real time), then help anyone who wants to get their own first run going. Totally open, drop in for any part of it.
🗓️ Thursday 13th, 9–11am ET (2–4pm UK / 3–5pm CET)

Whether you’re on AWS Batch, Seqera or stuck in an HPC queue, come along to learn all about it. Happy to answer questions here in the thread too 🙂
(We’re also crowdsourcing a proper name for the thing — currently “the Carolina Cloud Nextflow executor,” which nobody loves — so bring daft suggestions.)
