Hello there, any solutions to the Java date function error? I'm using the latest version of nextflow, I see that the error is on row 256 of

nextflow.config

. I was thinking about fixing it by myself by adding it to params but before I wanted to ask you if there was already an updated version of the pipeline. Thanks!

that's an issue with the stricter syntax in nextflow 26.04 This pipeline hasn't been updated to be compatible for this version yet, so the easiest solution is to use an older nextflow version, e.g.

NXF_VER=25.10.4 nextflow run nf-core/crispreq

etc
