I get this error when using the latest dev branch:

AttributeError: module 'lib' has no attribute 'X509_V_FLAG_NOTIFY_POLICY'. Did you mean: 'X509_V_FLAG_EXPLICIT_POLICY'?

can you try updating the dependencies? If you installed nf-core with pip you can use this command

pip install --upgrade --force-reinstall git+<https://github.com/nf-core/tools.git@dev>

I just fixed it by installing

pyopenssl==24.0.0

, but I'll see if it happens again after reinstalling
