We don't have any tracking in our pipelines, so it's somewhat hard for us to know what are the current pipelines being most used/are most interesting to the wider bioinformatics and biology community. The easiest way for you to tell us which pipelines you like this most is by using the GitHub star functionality :). You can do this by going to the repository of the pipeline, e.g. https://github.com/nf-core/taxprofiler , and you should see the 'Star' button in the top right (see image). You can star as many pipelines as you want 🙂 We look forward to seeing which pipelines are currently in vogue 😎 Thanks as always <3

Great reminder in general for tools you like and/or use! 🙂 One of the few metrics that tool developers can rely on to demonstrate impact in publications, grant proposals etc.

OK half regret doing that, scrnaseq has almost pipped mag into third position 😱
