Does anyone know if its possible to configure nextflow to load mandatory plugins? I want to execute some code on a cluster whenever nextflow is run without relying on the user to do it. Cheers!

Is it a central installation of Nextflow? Plugins are controlled via configs, so it's basically a case of somehow applying a config to all runs on the cluster.

Hey Phil! yes its loaded using module load, how would I do that without using profiles? can you force config at the installation level then? I thought the highest you could go was the .nextflow folder in the user home dir
