For me it's warnings, I'd rather have more information there than I really want than none

Yeah, true! Could be helpful if you forgot the rundir for some sample(s) by mistake. I can update it!

My motto, in case, keep everything, it's always easier to trash later.
If you keep less it's harder to retrieve what you have not kept
