• :microscope: We got new annotation tools: SnpSift, VEP Mastermind plugin, Condel plugin, and Phenotypes Plugin
• :bug: Various bug fixes, among others: parameter validation for the annotations caches, fixes aorund consensus calling &amp; bbsplit, and samplesheet bug for Mutect2
• :nextflow-pet: We also started implementing the new syntax features such as topics and workflow outputs in this release
