Hi, can someone take a look, maybe you know how to fix meta.yml linting. specifically issue with ' Check the entry for topics. ' - how is that related? https://github.com/nf-core/modules/actions/runs/21399450470/job/61606251602?pr=9627

did you run

nf-core m lint --fix

with the latest dev version of tools. this should fix many things.

yes

you don't seem to have any

topics

section in the meta.yml. I will try to fix it from my machine in a bit

I still get issue with topics... and the --fix delete versions

just to double check: when did you reinstall the dev version of tools last?

few weeks ago... nf-core, version 3.5.1

the topics are finicky, so we keep pushing changes to dev, please reinstall once more

nf-core, version 3.6.0.dev0 fixed this topics... what is the process for submitting new test file to the test repo?

https://github.com/nf-core/test-datasets/pull/1852 ? makes senses?
