Hi does anyone know if using the microsoft Azure cloud poses any problems or difficulties compared to Google cloud or Amazon web services? or is it fully integrated and functional?

I think all poses their own set of challenges, but should also be considered integrated and functional - unfortunately, that doesn't mean you can't run into issues. Most often, there's no real choice because of how your institution has aligned itself. If you can choose, I'd guess AWS would be the "easiest" by virtue of having so large usage that you're less likely to run into issues others haven't had to address already (that's not saying it's certain you won't run into troubles, though). There are specific channels in the nextflow slack for the major cloud providers and discussing issues related to them.
