Hey! I'm trying to do some MSA on a few (then later a few hundred) bacterial chromosomal genomes for an evolutionary genomics project. Has anyone used <https://github.com/ComparativeGenomicsToolkit/cactus|Cactus> for this kind of whole genome MSA? If so please share your scripts :slightly_smiling_face:

The goal is to produce an MSA like the <https://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?db=hg38&g=cons470way|Hiller Lab 470 Mammals Dataset> but for the _Enterobacterales_ order
