I’ve a +40 -25 mini patch release This patch was due to a database we were using changing its latest version from

.fasta.gz

to

.fasta.tar.gz,

causing the main branch to fail. Had to pin it to the latest version that supported

.fasta.gz

while keeping in mind that in the next release these external dependencies need to go to nf-core AWS buckets. github.com/nf-core/viralmetagenome/pull/299. Many thanks!
