    Hi all!nf core zoom We’d love to request a review for the first release of nf-core/deepmutscan! v1.0.0 takes deep mutational scanning data from raw shotgun reads all the way to fitness scores, QC and an interactive 3D report. @Max Stammnitz and I have spent the last few months polishing it and have tested it extensively on a range of datasets. Here’s the release PR: nf-core/deepmutscan#54. We’re happy about any feedback and look forward to releasing our first nf-core pipeline soon!
