Womp womp. I fixed a previous issue with tools not liking the google docker image, but now I’m guessing there has been another update to tools and it’s now complaining about a singularity tag, except this module (and the other deepvariant ones) doesn’t have a singularity image and never has.

And it will be skipped on the nf-core/modules CI once that is merged?
