Hi All, I am new to Nextflow and am trying to get started playing around with the nf-core template pipeline. I got hung-up at the "nf-core pipelines create" command. If I want my pipeline to be part of nf-core eventually but my proposal hasn't been accepted yet, can I still select the nf-core option?

Yes, you can choose the nf-core option. All these features you can enable and disable at a later point as well using .nf-core.yml and the nf-core pipelines sync command
