In your configuration, you request 128GB * task.attempt from on cpu. Are you sure you have a single cpu with such high amount of memory available? Probably the real memory is much lower than the one you request. Try to allocate more CPUs to take advantage of parallel processing and allocate reasonable memory based on your system.
