Hello, I am running an analysis and the FIND_CLONAL_THRESHOLD is taking forever, this is what I have on my nextflow.config: withName: 'FIND_CLONAL_THRESHOLD' { cpus = 1 memory = { 128.GB * task.attempt } time = { 48.h * task.attempt } queue = 'week' errorStrategy = { task.exitStatus in [137, 140] ? 'retry' : 'finish' } maxRetries = 3 } Is there any way to accelerate this or should I just increase the time wait it out? Thanks,
