Yes, I have but the things I’m doing with multiqc, it makes it easier to have it in a local module instead of having to verify no internal API changes were made in version bumps, other dependecies used are no longer compatible etc. I intend to update this ever so often but I can’t keep up with multiqc’s release schedule for that.
