Is the default multiqc report in a custom nf-core pipeline supposed to automatically show a bibliography for all included tools (if their meta.yml is complete)? Based on <https://nf-co.re/docs/developing/components/automated-methods-text> I think it should, but it doesn't seem to be working for mine.

Ahh, upon further reading and looking at the comments left by the pipeline builder; I'm supposed to manually populate the function calls in _`toolCitationText` and `toolBibliographyText` ?_ I was assuming/hoping this was pulled from the doi section of the meta.yml files.

That's the long term plan, but currently you have to do it manually
