Minor nuisance in the custom pipeline creator, the repo creation option should read "create Git repository" (not GitHub). I wanted to create a pipeline to be hosted on GitLab and was quite surprised about

FATAL: not a git repository

after running

nf-core m install

. There is indeed an option to make a GitHub repository, but that comes later in the process.
