Hey, random question. Is anyone experienced in ChiPSeq data and the databases such as tflink or jasper, and some bioinformatics tooling around transcription factors ? I am working on a specific problem there in conjunction with rnaseq and proteomics data and would really benefit from rubberducking with someone who already has experience with this.
