https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/11550 Working proof-of-concept PR for a "samtools/multicommand" module. Comments etc. welcome, and maybe once we've thought some more about the implementation it will help divine whether we want this/what would need to change in the guidelines (+ and RFC?) for this to be supported. Name TBD but I changed it to "multicommand" for the meantime as no-one liked "pipeline".
