Hi there!:) I would love to use airrflow, since a couple of days I'm trying to just run:

nextflow run nf-core/airrflow -r 5.0.0  -profile test,docker

but got:

N E X T F L O W   ~  version 26.04.0

WARN: Cannot read project manifest -- Cause:  Config parsing failed
Error nextflow.config:88:25: `pipelines_testdata_base_path` is not defined
│  88 |     reference_igblast = pipelines_testdata_base_path + 'database-cache

I tried also nf-core/rnaseq and it works. I'm using WSL, did someone encountered the same issue or knows how to solve it? Thank you :)

Hi, @Fabio Marchianò. We noticed the issue yesterday. We found that it's due to the new Nextflow version, which enforces the strict Nextflow syntax. We are trying to fix it and follow the new Nextflow rule with new nf-core/airrflow release. To solve the problem quickly and temporarily, I am thinking about using an old Nextflow version to run the pipeline. I have not tried it yet. If you are interested in, give it a try. I will also test it.

@Fabio Marchianò I ran nf-core/airrflow 5.0.0 on test profile successfully with old Nextflow version (25.10.2). You can check this website to install old Nextflow version. https://nf-co.re/docs/usage/installation
