and check what it generates. but

But actions says not
But if I push a locally faulty 'master' URL instead of main, it still complains 🤔
Alternatively I just fall back to 'ignore: files_unchanged' if this is low priority 😅
@mashehu I think I was making the wrong edit yuesterday, but it seems the PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md for createtaxdb is still not respecting my 
nextflow.config
in regards to the branch

I had issues with GHA CI runs failing specifically with the PR template too, if that helps, which I could not fix locally. I ended up adding it to the ignored files
