<!channel> just want to raise a question with the current release of 10x Atera system. Currently there is not much data there and 10x is still rolling out there system. Technical 10xAtera has the same data structure as xenium. Basically it is a xenium dataset but with just way more genes. So we will test the pipeline for the datatype as well and would make a note that is supports 10xAtera as well. Or do prefer another way?

It would need a valid reason in my opinion. Because it could be that almost all steps are the same.

If the workflow is exactly the same, I would also argue that no new pipeline is needed but maybe the name / description of this one should be updated. We didn't make a new pipeline for VisiumHD right? That's the same assay as Visium just higher resolution 🤷

depends also how much work would go to have Atera within spatialxe and how complex the whole pipeline will ultimately become.

I would test it out @Alik Huseynov. The dev branch is up to date and could be tested for Altera if you have such data.
