Hi all, It's now fully official: Since 1 April 2026, I'm leading a BioFAIR pathfinder project "*Connecting Bioconductor, Galaxy, and nf-core*" https://biofair.uk/updates/2026/biofair-pathfinder-projects-launch-with-800k-to-transform-uk-fair-practices/
Single-cell data analysis suffers from a fragmented ecosystem. This team will map selected Bioconductor single-cell workflows to Galaxy and nf-core pipelines, aligning metadata to establish a FAIR, interoperable baseline.
Please reach out if this of interest to you. I've started with a focus on developing new Galaxy tools for Bioconductor packages/functions, but I'm happy to start discussing upcoming plans that align with nf-core activities. All the best,

Congratulations - sounds like a great project!
Maybe you know each other already, but @Chris Wyatt is also involved in BioFAIR + nf-core 🙂
I've just tagged you in a few pipeline channels @Kevin RUE, that's the best place to post (directly with the developers for specific pipelines)
Note that there are more, I'd recommend searching https://nf-co.re/pipelines/ and joining the Slack channels for any that sound relevant

You can also search for specific tool modules: https://nf-co.re/modules/ Each module page should show in the sidebar what pipeline uses it

If I came across the name before, I'm sorry to say I forgot. I had drafted the grant application with Cedric Notredame and Julia Mir Pedrol but Cedric is now moving his lab and Julia has moved to another role as a consequence. But like I wrote above, my shameless promo is all about connecting with more people in the nf-core community, so thanks! 🙂

Hopefully we'll still see @Júlia Mir around here, even in her new role 😉
