I botted myself and made them available for everyone to use: https://github.com/vagkaratzas/nf-core-module-dev Currently, v1.0.0 works for claude, but will extend to other agentic systems soon. Install with:

claude plugin marketplace add vagkaratzas/nf-core-module-dev
claude plugin install nf-core-module-dev@vagkaratzas

and have the bots freely (except for tokens) create or update your nf-core modules 🙂
