i'm finding an issue with the new way that nf-core is dealing with versions. if i try to use storeDir on the process, it fails. looks like .command.env is excluded from the storeDir path, but the versions topic requires this in the cache storage to move forward. wondering if anyone has figured out how to deal with this. we like storeDir a lot for centralizing references that are created for pipelines.
