Hi, It seems that

ABUNDANCE_DIFFERENTIAL_FILTER

is failing due to a join operation with duplicate or mismatch. I tried

.first()

and

.unique { meta, _features -> [meta] }

but this doesn't work. Has anyone an idea on how to tackle this ? Here is the linked PR https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/11240

Thanks ! I succeed in making it work for all the nf-test cases but I would prefer people knowing the subworkflow to ensure everything is okay !
