Hello, I am wanting to run an nf-test's pipeline test I created for a custom pipeline. I was wondering if nf-test was compatible with aws. This way I can store samples in S3 and do computation with aws instead of locally.

so nf-test can read from s3 for sure

Hmm okay! I was worried it wasn't compatible since I'm having an issue with credentials not being passed from my environment to nextflow when running nf-test. Have you experienced credential issues before, by chance?
