Any chance someone might be able to force-merge this one? Two dependent subworkflows are failing due to an unrelated issue - looks to do with join mismatches in the test causing failures due to the addition of strict mode (https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/11089)? Really don't want to try and figure out how to fix that 😅 https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/11107
