Hi, I've tried to add support for arm64 for glimpse software but it is using AVX2 and this seems to cause a few issue. Has anyone encounter such problem before ?

Pretty sure I've dealt with this via tweaks to recipes in conda-forge. Can you point to your exact tool / failure?

Here is the PR. https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/pull/64005 The authors are recently improving their software to fix it. So I might close the PR for now and wait for the update.
