Hi all, this is a request for funcprofiler, proposed here: https://github.com/nf-core/proposals/issues/59 We were able to implement all the features required for a minimum viable product during the hackathon, and I've been trying to tidy things up for an initial release. Any and all advice would be appreciated; thanks in advance!
