Hi all, could you please help to upload this dataset to nf-core aws? Svanna is a structural variant annotation tool used in the longraredisease pipeline. I also want to add svanna to nf-core modules. Thank you in advance ☺️ https://github.com/monarch-initiative/SvAnna

hi, sorry for the long radio silence. Before I upload it: is there any chance you can subset the data somehow (different species or just subsample the current files)? Are the maintainers testing their tool with these files or a special dataset?

Hi Matthias, no worries at all. This is a reference dataset for pipeline users to be able to run svanna. Would it better to host it in the#C05DACM4HPV? Tagging @Maxime Garcia here as well. Thank you ☺️
