Hi @Niklas Schandry, it looks like you're refactoring on a personal fork on GitHub. Are you open to people submitting pull requests and/or issues there? I had some things I would like to suggest to include and fix from the current release version, but want to make sure they would fit with the updated version that's coming

Yes, i am doing this on a fork. Currently, i am about to merge this into dev (pending review), and probably into main/master shortly after. I would prefer to keep things in the main nfcore repo, so I don't get lost between forks. If you have things to suggest, maybe you could use the current pr https://github.com/nf-core/genomeassembler/pull/171 and submit a review with suggestions?

Depends a bit on the scale of your suggestions i guess

@Conner Johnson, I will probably not be really able to do much on the PR until April, so there is not much of a rush, if these are things that are less code and more conceptual we can also discuss via slack

@Niklas Schandry Okay good, I am looking at the changes in that PR, I will likely add anything I would be able to code as a separate PR based on that refactoring, as my suggestions are mostly either bug fixes or additions that could be added separately on top of the 2.0 pipeline

Ok, bug fixes would be appreciated, or letting me me know what's bugged
