@Felix Krueger curious of your feedback! The idea I had was to use a similar semantic as for nf-core tools. Having commands for modules and pipelines. But I'm sure it's not perfect yet, so any issue / feedback welcome

Hi Jonas, I have to say that I am only just starting to get my toes wet with agentic skills, but so far I haven’t come across specific Nextflow skills and thought I’d ask. I’m definitely going to look at your plugin, and have so far only asked for a review in terms of safety/security issues and obvious malicious network capabilities 🙂 Very happy to provide feedback once I get a chance to use it (not even sure if we have a procedure for vetting external plugins in place yet…)
