Hi! Has anyone migrated to topics a module which the script is inside a template? I am having a problem with the shebang of the script. It has a shebang in python so the topic's eval tries to execute that as a python and nf-test is not happy about it. The turnaround that I thought was to remove the shebang and use EOF inside the script, but then ruff is mad because I am putting a non-python syntax inside of the script. Can anyone advise me on this? It's PR #10574

For modules with templates, we keep the
versions.yml
but add the topic: version to it: https://nf-co.re/docs/tutorials/migrate_to_topics/update_modules#template-migration

Thank you!
It is expected that linting fails, right? It is asking for the non-template syntax. Just ignore it and push?

if you lint locally, be sure to have the latest dev version of tools (
pip install --upgrade --force-reinstall git+<https://github.com/nf-core/tools.git@dev>
), that is the same as in the CI and should accept documented syntax

Perfect! Thanks again!
