Hello, I'm wondering if there is a standard for feeding variable command line parameters to a module / tool in a single pipeline run... Like for instance launching the same tool but with different non fixed parameters on the same inputs. I was thinking putting them in meta and connecting via nextflow config. But I'm just wondering since this can be more general
