Hi all, I opened a PR and while

nf-core pipeline lint

works well locally(v 3.5.2), it fails during the tests with:

Not sure how to resolve it

This is an eternal problem. Add the paths to `.nf-core.yml`:

lint:
  files_unchanged:
    - docs/images/nf-core-magmap_logo_light.png
    - docs/images/nf-core-magmap_logo_dark.png
    - assets/nf-core-magmap_logo_light.png
  nextflow_config:
    - config_defaults:
        - params.ncbi_genome_infos
...

Mhmm that didn't help

It helps for me. I added the third png today and the linting of that was skipped.

Or not just copying your paths but using the right ones for the pipeline... Time for the wrap up 😉
