I need to update a subworkflow and just pulled in

master

from upstream. When I try to run the tests for my swf, it can't load the

nft-anndata

plugin and complains about the versions of `nft-bam`:

Plugin'nft-bam' found, but version 0.6.0 not found.

. When I check https://plugins.nf-test.com/, all the plugins seem to exist in their specified versions -- do I need to do something to get the latest versions? The

nf-test.config

looks like this:

And I ran the test like this:

nf-test test --profile +docker --update-snapshot subworkflows/nf-core/fasta_newick_epang_gappa/tests/main.nf.test

nf-test update-plugins

or just removed the plugins folder and retry xD
