Hello, this PR adds test databases for funcprofiler. I'll admit I still don't understand which datasets are supposed to go under `delete_me` vs which ones are in a directory according to the tool, so any advice would be appreciated.
Another question I went back and forth on is where to include small databases here. For instance, the pipeline will use a RGI database for AMR identification. Is it better for the test profile to point directly to where its hosted (<https://card.mcmaster.ca/download/0/broadstreet-v4.0.1.tar.bz2|https://card.mcmaster.ca/download/0/broadstreet-v4.0.1.tar.bz2>) or is is better to vendor it here to be merciful to the McMaster servers?
