Hi all, I am writing a workflow using nextflow 24.04 (and cannot update during this contribution). I would like to use manta/tumoronly, but its last version specifies a topic channel which I cannot directly use to collate all software versions. This is the only process that makes use of a topic channel so far, so I was thinking to use a former version of the module. AFAIK, there's a plugin for this, but it needs nextflow 25.10 (which I cannot use for now). So I was thinking of "downgrading" the module. But how do you downgrade a module? Or better, how do you get the list of its available versions? Is there a nf-core CLI to list them?

there is no way to list the history of a module in nf-core tools i think. you need to go to the modules repository and find the git sha of module before it was moved to version topics and install it with that sha
