Hey pipeline folks! I made a metro map generator: https://pinin4fjords.github.io/nf-metro/0.2.2/gallery/ issues/ PRs welcome. It works off mermaid rather than directly from Nextflow right now, but I'm looking at ways to bridge the gap.

super cool!, tried it but I got a valid file (nf-metro validate) but the svg generation fails with

networkx.exception.NetworkXUnfeasible: Graph contains a cycle or graph changed during iteration

Yep, sorry, that explicitly doesn't work right now, you have to make the special mermaid flavour from the docs. I'm considering the nextflow translation and I can probably make easy cases work, but they won't be all that useful. Most things sufficiently complex to benefit need manual curation anyway (which paramsets to run, what should a track represent etc). I'm still mulling those things
