I'm trying to update an nf-core module, a tiny change that adds a new line to

versions.yml

You need to update the snapshot locally and push it. (Although I think @Phil Ewels looked at automating snapshot updates by the bot perhaps but I can’t remember)

? Is the command that updates the snapshot?

nf-core modules test <module_name> --update

But like I say, just because some docs exist - if you didn't find them then we can probably improve 🙂 Even if it's just putting a link to those docs in a more relevant place.
